Food and essentials come first

Our work focuses on people experiencing hardship. Food, bottled water, hygiene items, clothing, and other everyday essentials can ease an immediate need and help a family focus on what comes next.

Financial donations support our mobile pantry and essential-needs outreach. In-kind gifts can help as well, when the items are suitable and we have the arrangements needed to receive and distribute them.

Help has to reach people

A donated pallet still needs a pickup. Supplies still need to be organized. Outreach still needs fuel, communication, and practical planning.

Transportation and donation collection are part of our work. Supporting these costs helps make donated goods useful to the people they are intended to reach.

This is why both goods and financial support matter. They contribute to different parts of the same effort.

There is more than one way to give

You may be able to offer time, supplies, business support, or a larger in-kind gift. We welcome initial conversations about vehicles, land, homes and buildings, and equipment and essentials.

Each offer is reviewed individually. A conversation helps us understand the gift, its condition, and whether we have the capacity to receive it. Please coordinate physical donations before arranging a delivery.

Your questions are welcome

If you have a particular purpose in mind, contact info@opendoorsfl.com before making your gift. We welcome a conversation about what you would like to support.

You can also give through our existing Zeffy donation page , opens a new tab and explore other ways to help on our giving page.

Without the generosity of our community, this work would not be possible. Thank you for helping us open doors to better futures.
